Wanda Raschkow has over 20 years of experience as an archaeologist working for the “big three” federal agencies: the US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and National Park Service. She completed her federal tour of duty at Death Valley National Park where she was the Park Archaeologist for 6 years.

For the past 5 years Wanda worked with the Bears Ears Partners, a non-profit working to preserve and protect the region which includes Bears Ears National Monument, to develop a site stewardship program for the BLM in Utah. In that role Wanda trained and mentored volunteer stewards and site ambassadors.  Recently retired, Wanda continues to work with the National Archaeological Site Stewardship Program to promote and support stewardship programs throughout the country.
